This hotel is located in a great spot, just a short walk away from the ferry and many restaurants and stores. The staff were always willing to help and were very friendly. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, especially the common area, were excellent.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and there was free wifi.
It was not the easiest to find. The taxi driver did not know the address and the staff told us that everyone would know the building name but that was not included in the hotel/address information.

The hotel is near a ferry port. The venue itself was great. Staff was helpful to make us comfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center, tucked away on a quiet tiny street just off the main road. The prices here are incredibly reasonable, providing great value for money. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, just like Najid, the manager mentioned in one of the reviews, who goes above and beyond to ensure the guests have the best experience. The rooms are well maintained and have a great bed, along with a sofa and dining table, offering a comfortable and cozy stay.
All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Though the hotel is guest house in fact it suits perfectly for one day city trip or short transfer break. Thank you very much to the high level accurate stuff, the left bag in the hotel was immediately delivered right to the airport without any discussing!

Communication through email has quick feedback before our trip. The staff was waiting at the airport once we got there and picked us to their hotel by boat and taxi. The room is very clear and nice, although it is quite small and the hotel located at a narrow byway. The surrounding is peaceful. It's a good choice for short stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel provided free transfers to the airport and ferry terminal. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There was also a television in the room with plenty of channels. Good value for money.
The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find and there was no clear signage. The lobby was on a higher floor and there was only one small elevator.

Excellent and helpful owner (Hamdy) and staff. Location was good, not far away from sightseeing places in Male. Next door was a minimarket, convenient to buy water, fruits and snacks. A couple of good restaurants nearby with good prices and taste. The hotel arranged trips to resort and whale submarine. Overall I had an excellent stay in House Clover and would recommend to friends.

Spotlessly clean tiled room with small private bath and good free wi-fi, excellent air-con and fans, access to small balcony, sharing separate large common area with two other rooms which contains seating, dining table, cooking and laundry facilities, and further small balcony. Courteous and helpful staff with excellent English. Substantial and reasonably priced breakfast. Located on quieter side turning and well insulated against traffic noise. My expectations for cheap accommodation in a notoriously expensive part of the world were exceeded. Male' itself is not particularly attractive, and worth no more than half a day, if that, of anyone's time. But perhaps those headed for resort islands would to well to catch a glimpse of life for ordinary Maldivians.

Clean rooms with basic amenities provided, including a fully stocked fridge. The hotel is located in a convenient area near key attractions and transportation. The staff are attentive and accommodating, and breakfast is served at the time you request.
The beds are uncomfortably hard and the sheets are too thin. There is no decoration in the rooms which makes it feel like a budget option. The communal sitting/dining area is shared with other guests which limited our privacy. while the location and service were good, the accommodations themselves did not meet our expectations.

the city of Male, in general, is only good for an overnight stay. this hotel is an excellent choice if you wish to do so. its location isn't bad at all as it is located in downtown which is great for shopping. hotel staff were very friendly and always were ready to help.

Highly recommended. Very clean, everything you could possibly need is provided and the staff is lovely and very helpful. Room service is reasonably priced and very tasty.
The only negative point is that once they had the taxes, VAT, bed charges and breakfast charges, the price is almost doubled, so bear that in mind. It's still good value for money though.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Male. the location was perfect - tucked away on a quiet street just off the main road, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues, such as helping us arrange our ferry tickets and accompanying us to the terminal. The rooms were well maintained, with attention to detail evident in the comfortable bed and lovely toilet. Additionally, having a dining table and sofa in the rooms was a great touch, providing extra comfort and convenience. Lastly, the inclusion of breakfast in the room rate was a pleasant surprise.
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.
